Job Description
The Senior Manager for Residential, Office, Retail, and Land plays a critical role in leading and coordinating the strategic enablement and support of the sales and leasing efforts across these asset classes within Qiddiya.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for sales and leasing of RRO&L assets
- Act as primary liaison between Sales & Leasing PU and operational teams
- Ensure adoption of standardized policies and procedures
- Leverage market data to deliver actionable insights
- Support digital tools and CRM management tailored to operations
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns
- Design and deliver sales and leasing training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and leasing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple asset classes
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and leasing practices
