Job Description
Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Criminal Justice Researcher to evaluate and refine AI-generated responses related to criminal justice topics. You will develop high-quality prompts and evaluation rubrics, ensuring legal and procedural correctness in criminal scenarios. This is a part-time, remote contract role for approximately 2–3 months.

- Develop high-quality prompts, questions, and evaluation rubrics
- Review case-based content for accuracy, relevance, and realism
- Provide expert feedback on legal and procedural correctness
- Collaborate with AI researchers to simulate real-world workflows
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Law, or a related field
- Strong professional experience in criminal justice research or applied practice
- Deep familiarity with U.S. legal systems, police procedures, or criminal case law
- Excellent written communication and critical analysis skills
