Job Description
Kamdhenu Real Estate LLC is looking for a Retail Property Specialist to handle leasing and sales of shops, showrooms, and retail units across high-footfall locations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease and sell retail shops, showrooms, and mall units
- Work with brands, entrepreneurs, and retail investors
- Conduct property tours and commercial feasibility discussions
- Negotiate rental terms and close deals
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and mall management
- Maintain updated retail property listings
