Senior Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Maintenance Technician to support our piping manufacturing operations in Mesaieed. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, availability, and safe operation of production equipment, including extrusion, injection moulding, and auxiliary machinery.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on extrusion lines and injection moulding machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
- Support installation and commissioning of production machines
- Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts records
- Supervise and guide junior technicians
- Follow all HSE policies and safe maintenance practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years of maintenance experience, preferably in plastic or piping manufacturing
