Job Description

Manage the Customer Service Department activities and support the commercial growth of the Saudi market. Responsible for the management of channel partners and direct customer orders and timely revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Customer Service operations
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Customer Service Associates
  • Implement and manage Daily Management tools
  • Process purchase orders from NUPCO and channel partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Coordinate with Planning team for stock availability
  • Maintain and update pricing lists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in customer service or supply chain
  • 3–5 years of proven leadership experience
  • Saudi National as per local regulations
  • Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and export control
