Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is strictly for professionals with strong closing ability and proven Dubai market experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle fresh company-provided leads and convert them into sales
- Manage secondary market and off-plan transactions
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Update and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems
- Provide professional after-sales support to clients
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong knowledge of Dubai secondary & off-plan market
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage high-value clients independently
