As Sales Manager – Ironmongery & Hardware within the Retail division, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our position within the UAE market. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a focused sales strategy across all ironmongery and hardware product categories, targeting both existing and new clients. You will actively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through to negotiation and project closure, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand standards. This role requires close collaboration with showroom sales teams, CAD designers, and internal stakeholders to support project wins, deliver tailored solutions, and enhance the customer experience. You will provide hands-on leadership through opportunity follow ups, coaching, and product training, while also managing key accounts and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. In addition, you will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities, contribute to product and pricing strategies, and support promotional initiatives, including client events and “lunch and learn” sessions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in ironmongery and hardware
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Manage high-value accounts
  • Strong understanding of project requirements, procurement cycles, and industry trends
  • Valid UAE driving license is essential
