Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist - Real Estate
Job Description
Hands-on HR professional who can independently manage HR operations in a real estate brokerage environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end hiring of real estate agents and support staff
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Maintain contracts and commission structures
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and MOL requirements
- Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–5 years of real HR execution experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law & compliance
- Experience dealing with sales-driven teams
