Job Description

We envisage success in this role to include leading the Nationalization Initiatives for KEO globally through establishing robust systems and processes at all stages of the employment life-cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Nationalization Initiatives for KEO globally
  • Maintaining knowledge of Government guidelines on Nationalization
  • Establishing a robust relationship with HRDF
  • Creating & maintaining reports on nationalization targets
  • Visiting the work site regularly to survey work conditions
  • Acting as a focal point of contact for Nationals
  • Maintaining oversight of Nationalization Programs in other GCC countries

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or within an HR function
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws
