Job Description

Lead the development and management of the organization's human capital strategies at Dammam Airport. Focus on operating model, organizational development, job evaluation, strategic workforce planning, rewards, and performance management. Develop HC strategies aligned with vision and mission. Lead development of HC-related projects. Oversee organizational structures, job evaluation processes, and performance management systems. Manage compensation and benefits structures. Lead succession planning initiatives. Develop and manage the HC budget. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HC strategies aligned with Dammam Airport vision and goals
  • Lead HC-related projects and initiatives based on best practices
  • Lead development and updating of organizational structures
  • Direct performance management systems (KPIs, competencies)
  • Oversee compensation and benefits structures and incentive plans
  • Lead job evaluation process and mapping to grading structure
  • Manage collection and analysis of manpower requirements
  • Develop and manage the HC budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of total experience in human resources
  • Preferred: certified human resources professional (CHRP), CIPD L7
