Inventory coordinator
Job Description
Capital Partners is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring that product availability meets the demands of our clients. You will work closely with various departments to optimize inventory processes and support overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the integrity of stock data
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances
- Implement inventory management best practices
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports
- Assist in training new staff on inventory procedures
- Collaborate with the logistics team for shipments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
