Job Description
Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, scheduling, cost control, safety compliance, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project execution process
- Assist with the development of scope and schedule for project work
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, control and completion of specific projects
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, and procedures
- Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies
Qualifications
- Must have a Degree in Engineering or Construction Management/PMP
- 10-15 years of experience in the commercial administration environment
