Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Coordinate with all employees for smooth service flow
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Monitor inventory and place orders
- Handle cash management and POS systems
- Support promotional events
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality or food service
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
