Job Description
Legal & Compliance Department member providing strategic guidance to various departments. Trusted partner for sales, service, and marketing teams addressing legal, privacy, and competition compliance issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide general legal consultancy and contract drafting
- Own compliance in marketing, privacy, and competition
- Review Samsung compliance processes and reporting
- Ensure requirements are met for new projects and products
- Monitor litigation related matters with outside counsel
- Keep visibility on evolutions in legal trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of data privacy, consumer, and competition law
- Excellent written and oral English
