Job Description

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to assure continuity of customer operations. Performs work on financial/ATM products, workstations, POS systems, and kiosks. Represents NCR in a professional manner and builds working relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation and repair of Tier I equipment
  • Provide second line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks
  • Assist in site preparation and equipment staging
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate as necessary
  • Perform periodic preventative maintenance
  • Maintain parts inventory and record keeping
  • Report activity and expenses accurately

Qualifications

  • Valid driving license
  • Experience on Windows operating systems
  • Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
  • Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
  • CCNA preferred
