Support the design, analysis, and delivery of competitive and equitable compensation & benefits programs. Lead the analysis of compensation data and market benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of compensation data and market benchmarks
- Oversee the design and governance of salary structures
- Manage and optimize day-to-day benefits administration
- Lead and validate job evaluation and grading processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Economics
- 5-7 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
