Job Description
Kodland is a fast-growing international digital school on a mission to help kids and teens unlock their creativity through coding, design, and digital skills. You’ll teach kids and teens how to design their own Roblox games, guiding them step by step as they bring their ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, interactive Roblox Game Design lessons using our ready-to-teach materials.
- Inspire students to create their first Roblox games and digital projects while building confidence in coding.
- Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience.
- Develop your teaching skills with support from experienced Kodland mentors.
- Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance your skills and connect with other tutors.
Qualifications
- Programming knowledge (Python alike).
- Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during: Weekdays: 3–9 pm GMT Weekends: 9 am–7 pm GMT
- Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
- A willingness to learn — we’ll provide Roblox Studio training and full onboarding.
