Responsibilities include managing timelines and client communications, preparing proposals, and assisting with on-site project management and event design such as draping.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, emails, and internal communications
- Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and client documentation
- Onsite project management
- Interface with clients on site
- Draping and other design responsibilities
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in the wedding and event industry
- Proven experience in leading administrative work
