Construction Project Manager
Job Description
SERVPRO Team Fosdick is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized construction project manager. The construction project manager is a key member of the reconstruction team who is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects.
Responsibilities
- Project initiation – evaluation and selling of projects
- Project planning – identify scope, review estimates, and review budgets
- Project execution – create project schedule and timelines
- Management of staff – conduct performance reviews and training
- Customer satisfaction – provide customer service and manage warranty activities
