Job Description
Collaborate closely with executive leaders to tackle complex people challenges related to engagement, turnover, culture, and talent management. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity while enabling manager capability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Partner for people leaders
- Coach leaders in fostering an inclusive culture
- Consult on performance management and goal setting
- Work closely with managers on employee relations matters
- Conduct workforce planning and talent assessments
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Management
- Experience solving complex problems like engagement and employee relations
- Knowledge of organizational design and compensation
- Proficient in Oracle HCM systems
