Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Account Executive to convert qualified leads into long term customers through consultative engagement, tailored product demonstrations, and strategic negotiations. This role is critical in driving revenue growth while ensuring a smooth transition from sales to client success and long-term customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery meetings with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to understand business challenges, goals, and expectations
- Build strong relationships through active listening and solution-oriented discussions
- Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with client requirements
- Communicate product value using real-world use cases and storytelling
- Prepare targeted proposals with clearly defined solutions and pricing
- Lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage opportunities from SQO stage through closed-won deals
- Track sales pipeline activities and address objections effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to finalize SLAs and onboarding processes
- Ensure a seamless handover to the Client Success team
- Develop long-term client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor customer satisfaction to drive retention, repeat business, and referrals
- Provide actionable feedback to improve lead quality and sales processes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
