LC Waikiki Retail Company is a leading fashion retail company with a turnover of $4,4 billion. LC Waikiki trades with more than 1300 stores in 61 countries. We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Strategy and Process Development Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • To determine business priorities in line with company strategies and to follow up the realization
  • To make process analysis and design to increase the efficiency of business processes and improve related KPIs
  • Creating domestic and international process reporting standards and methodologies
  • Prepare documentation required to implement a system development project
  • Execute and coordinate user acceptance testing and assist users
  • To take part in development / improvement projects carried out with internal stakeholders
  • To carry out Process Development Projects / Problem A3 studies
  • To carry out impact analysis, prioritization, process design studies, and coordinate projects
  • Transferring system development needs to IT teams

Qualifications

  • Graduated from related Engineering departments (preferably Industrial Engineer)
  • Good level of English
  • Able to use Excel very well
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process and system analysis, design and performance reporting
  • Ability to write, structure and present effective process documentation including business requirement documents
  • Knowledge of process and performance management and improvement techniques
  • Experience of working with IT and operational business units is an asset
  • Experience of working in AI and/or RPA projects is an asset
  • Knowledge/experience in Project Management Methodology, Lean Management Techniques
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive, inquisitive, open to learning
  • Inclined to team work
