IT Support Specialist
Job Description
TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide level 1 support and basic systems administration for Microsoft Active Directory, DNS/DHCP systems, server and desktop operating systems, and file/print management systems. You will collaborate with vendors to design, implement, operate, and support assigned systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 technical support to the Contact Center (password resets, desktop/laptop setup, patching, etc.)
- Monitor and manage system health of all assigned systems
- Identify operational and security problems and provide technical support
- Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technical projects
- Coordinate vendor support of assigned hardware/software/systems/services
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Relevant work experience preferred, not essential
