In-Room Dining Order Taker
Job Description
Take room service orders over the phone. Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff. Answer guest questions regarding wine origin and style. Place and log call back for room service order. Notify guests of delays. Communicate dietary needs to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas. Record transactions in MICROS system.
Responsibilities

- Complete closing reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
