Job Description
Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation. Foster positive employee morale and engagement through transparent internal communication and recognition programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee files and HR records.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations matters.
- Verify overtime sheets and follow up on probation confirmations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and monthly updates.
- Manage records related to outsourced contracts and vehicle lists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in HR operations
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor law
