Sanctions Compliance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent professional to lead and enhance the organization’s sanctions compliance framework, manage screening and escalation processes, and provide subject-matter expertise on sanctions obligations. This role requires deep knowledge of sanctions regimes, strong investigative skills, and experience with screening platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of sanctions compliance programs
- Oversee sanctions screening and transaction filtering processes
- Manage investigation and adjudication of sanctions hits and alerts
- Coordinate with legal and operations for blocking or remediation actions
- Prepare escalation packages and regulatory filings
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario testing of sanctions controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sanctions compliance or AML/CTF
