Job Description
MultiFi is a multi-asset trading and investing firm offering access to global markets through advanced trading technology and institutional-grade liquidity. Our operations are built around transparency, strong risk management, and efficient execution. We are seeking an experienced Financial Dealer / Trading Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day trading operations on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). This role is critical to managing execution quality, liquidity connections, risk exposure, and company P&L. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MT5 dealing, liquidity bridges, exposure management, and reporting to senior management or a risk committee.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate MetaTrader 5 dealer functions
- Create and maintain trading groups, symbol settings, and contract specifications
- Configure spreads, margins, swaps, leverage, and trading conditions
- Ensure accurate symbol mapping and pricing feeds
- Monitor execution quality and client trades to ensure fair and accurate execution
- Oversee liquidity provider connections and bridge performance
- Review order flow, slippage, rejections, and execution latency
- Monitor exposure with liquidity providers and internal risk limits
- Monitor company exposure across instruments and client groups
- Track and manage market risk and client risk in real time
- Report trading performance, exposure, and incidents to the Risk Committee
- Support hedging decisions and execution when required
- Monitor daily and intraday P&L of the company
- Analyze market movements and their impact on exposure and profitability
- Prepare performance and risk reports for management
- Support audits and reviews related to trading activity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dealer or trading operations manager in a brokerage environment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
- Experience working with liquidity providers and FIX/bridge integrations
- Solid understanding of FX, CFDs, indices, metals, and crypto markets
- Strong risk management and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving market conditions
- High attention to detail and strong reporting skills
