Job Description
Managing all overseas and local procurement activities related to gift and accessory products. Sourcing from China, India, and Turkey, managing shipping and customs clearance, and supervising a purchase mandoob.
Responsibilities
- Source products and raw materials from China, India, and Turkey
- Maintain supplier database
- Conduct price negotiations
- Coordinate shipping methods and monitor timelines
- Handle customs clearance documentation
- Maintain accurate cost data and analyze landing costs
- Supervise one Purchase Mandoob
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in gifts, accessories, or retail-related products
- Strong experience in overseas procurement (China, India, Turkey)
- Solid knowledge of local Kuwaiti suppliers and markets
- Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and shipping companies
- Hands-on experience with international shipping and customs clearance
