Job Description
Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on electrical components, plumbing, and other guestroom items.
Responsibilities
- Attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and guestroom items.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Perform surface preparation and minor repairs.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Input air handler schedules using basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
- Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting.
- Driver’s License required.
