Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager (Civil) to manage high-rise building projects from initial planning through successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project delivery schedule, cost, quality, and safety
- Supervise site activities, manpower, and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities
- Manage variations and claims
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10–15 years of total experience in construction
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager handling high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)
