Field Service Engineer – ABB Power Management System

Responsibilities
- Performing complex field service tasks, identifies technical problems, and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity.
- Troubleshoot Equipment/Process failures and requests proactive corrective actions.
- Planning and preparing site work for larger project team and managing related subcontractors at site.
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work.
- Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience.
- Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB.
- Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer in instrumentation, Electrical or Equivalent Engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ABB system 800xA power management system (PMS) with Integration of IEC61850 Devices, application development with PMS specific libraries.
