Lead Sales Representative
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact
- Develop and execute account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
- Regularly engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, project and after-market support
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Understand customer pain points related to connected industrial solutions
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate customers
- Monitor account performance and key metrics
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies
