We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets of a fast food restaurant chain in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all fast food outlets
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers
- Monitor sales performance and develop growth strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Supervise procurement and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in operations management within fast food
