Job Description
Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost planning, estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs
- Review drawings and specifications to identify cost implications
- Monitor project costs and prepare interim and final valuations
- Handle variation orders, claims, and final accounts
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE
