Job Description
The Sales Admin & CRM Manager is responsible for managing sales administrative functions, maintaining and optimizing the CRM system, supporting the sales team with accurate data, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and management.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and booking forms
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system
- Ensure accurate data entry, lead allocation, and opportunity tracking
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
- Develop and improve sales processes and CRM workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales administration and CRM management
