SCCM Administrator
Job Description
The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize large-scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level deployments and global user support.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007, 2012, and Current Branch
- Manage large SCCM environments supporting up to 200,000 clients and 20,000 servers
- Install and configure CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites
- Manage collections, packages, programs, and advertisements
- Troubleshoot distribution point issues related to package deployments
- Troubleshoot client-side issues when software installations fail
- Perform monthly patching for enterprise servers
- Execute SCCM migrations
- Manage System Center Endpoint Protection and Windows Defender
- Perform OS migrations from Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 to Windows 10
- Handle Incident, Request, and Change Management activities
- Support and integrate SCCM with Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, and SCOM
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune
- Provide technical support to customers across global locations
