Assistant Manager Operations - tMart
Job Description
We’re looking for a Assistant Operations Manager to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 20-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the operations manager with full operations end to end
- Lead the Store operations team members from store managers till the pickers
- Conduct a daily online call where KPIs are reviewed
- Conduct weekly store visits and shop floor audits
- Monitoring supervisors on inventory management processes
- Tracking order fulfillment, KPI, and staff availability
- Responsible for shrink/expiry control and quality focus
- Execute action plans to address weak areas across stores
