Transportation Assistant - GDEC TO23
Job Description
The Transportation Assistant shall provide for the arrangement of material movement of commercial carrier pick-up and delivery. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of transportation activities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of staff, materials, or passengers. A high level of English proficiency is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepares staging labels to be placed on cargo
- Assigns seal numbers to each domestic shipment
- Monitors shipment from time the driver leaves the warehouse
- Ensures that all domestic shipments are noted in reports
- Signs proof of delivery from the receiver
Qualifications
- High School diploma/ bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Saudi national preferred
