Food Safety Specialist
Job Description
Joining Nestlé means you are joining the largest Food and Beverage Company in the world. We are looking for a Food Safety Specialist who will ensure proper operations in specific Food safety areas such as HACCP, Hygiene, pest Control, and microbiological specifications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and compliance at the factory
- Handle consumer complaints and lead root cause analysis
- Ensure deployment of solutions for food safety
- Responsible for training and awareness on food safety
- Ensure compliance with critical controls (CCP, OPRP, PRP)
- Coordinate and lead audits
- Perform Factory checks Gemba on daily basis
Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science)
- 3 + years of prior experience in food safety or quality assurance
- FSSC 22000/ISO 22000 Food Safety Lead Auditor Certificate
