We are looking for a Strategic HR Manager to lead human capital development and build a robust organizational foundation. You will unify HR standards across growing business units and prepare infrastructure for Group Management, partnering with executive leadership to design policies and structures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering Management
  • MBA or professional certifications (SHRM/CIPD) highly desirable
  • 8–12 years in HR Management
