Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic HR Manager to lead human capital development and build a robust organizational foundation. You will unify HR standards across growing business units and prepare infrastructure for Group Management, partnering with executive leadership to design policies and structures.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing unified HR policies and organizational structures
- Leading strategic talent acquisition for technical and managerial roles
- Establishing performance management and compensation frameworks
- Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Driving change management during corporate transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering Management
- MBA or professional certifications (SHRM/CIPD) highly desirable
- 8–12 years in HR Management
