Ensure the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stay at Hilton by responding efficiently to enquiries and offering advice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome executive Guests and assist during their stay
- Process accurately check-ins and check-out
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Stay current with VIP requests and special events
Qualifications
- Previous Front Office experience in hotel, leisure, or retail
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
