Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, convert inbound leads into high-value sales opportunities, and fuel our growth. As an SDR, you’ll work closely with our BDR and AE teams, helping manage the pipeline, ensuring a smooth sales process, and driving revenue growth. This role supports U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls
- Implement new strategies to increase the number of meetings booked
- Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
- Leverage LinkedIn and sales tools (like Apollo and Instantly) for lead prospecting
- Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences
- Write compelling, personalized, and persuasive emails
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in HubSpot
- Report on performance metrics through CRM and Google Sheets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools
