Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, convert inbound leads into high-value sales opportunities, and fuel our growth. As an SDR, you’ll work closely with our BDR and AE teams, helping manage the pipeline, ensuring a smooth sales process, and driving revenue growth. This role supports U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls
  • Implement new strategies to increase the number of meetings booked
  • Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
  • Leverage LinkedIn and sales tools (like Apollo and Instantly) for lead prospecting
  • Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences
  • Write compelling, personalized, and persuasive emails
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in HubSpot
  • Report on performance metrics through CRM and Google Sheets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role
  • Fluent English, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools
