Job Description

Coordinate and review client data; provide client support by engaging in routine contact with clients and vendors; analyze qualitative and quantitative information by identifying trends and issues from information gained during focus groups, interviews, and meetings/research.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and review client data
  • Provide client support by engaging in routine contact with clients and vendors
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative information by identifying trends and issues
  • Conduct research on human capital topics and relevant industries
  • Review RFPs and develop proposals
  • Attend meetings and propose optimal project scope and approach
  • Participate in Business Development activities including scheduling and attending pitch meetings
  • Provide support to Consultants and Project Managers
  • Assist in preparing client presentations/reports

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years of experience ideally gained working in Rewards functions
  • Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant Major
  • Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • CIPD preferred
