Business Development Manager - Payroll Solutions
Job Description
The Business Development Manager for Payroll Services will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our payroll platform Vayroll in the UAE. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored payroll solutions that meet client needs and comply with UAE labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Vayroll payroll services
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
- Present Vayroll features and benefits to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with operations and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on payroll technology trends and UAE regulations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts
- Report on sales performance and market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, preferably in payroll, HR technology or SaaS solutions
- Strong knowledge of UAE payroll processes, compliance requirements, and labor laws
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
