VP Delivery, Head of Delivery Segment
Job Description
Intellias is seeking a VP Delivery to strategically drive people operations for the Digital Business segment. You will supervise a large engineering organization, manage P&L, and contribute to company strategy and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality service
- Develop and implement best practices for efficiency
- Be a trustful partner for key clients and support business development
- Lead collaboration with clients to understand business goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for solutions
Qualifications
- MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science or engineering area
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing
- Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people
- Strong program and portfolio management skills
- Financial management skills, experience managing P&L
