Plastic Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Plastic Engineer to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operation of Plastic Plant to support filling plant in a fast paced consumer goods company.
Responsibilities
- Improve Plastic productivity and Process
- Repair and maintenance of Injection and Blow molding machine
- Repair and maintenance of molds
- Identification of right polymer/material for various applications
- Set up and optimize machine parameters for best output
- Develop and design new molds and parts for both hot and cold runner molds
- Analysis of machine and production data and suggesting improvements
- Training of Machine Operators
- Wastage reduction in Plastic manufacturing process
- Day to day manpower management of Plastic Plant
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineer or College Degree in Plastic/Polymer technology
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
