Job Description

Responsible for overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests with a warm voice and anticipating individual needs while ensuring complete follow up. Maintain effective communication on all reservations made (including Rooms, Food and Beverage and Spa) to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Answer hotel's main telephone line and connect callers
  • Process and confirm guest reservations for Rooms, F&B, and Spa
  • Verify availability of room types and rates
  • Document special requests and accommodate guest needs
  • Maintain established filing systems for correspondence
  • Delivering service excellence to support customer loyalty
