Job Description
Emirates Group is hiring Recruitment Advisors to drive recruitment strategies that grow their global workforce. The role involves full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and attracting to interviewing and hiring high-caliber candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop Yearly Department Recruitment Plans (DRPs)
- Support specific recruitment campaigns for Dubai and globally
- Agree on effective recruitment approaches using ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Recommend appropriate selection methodologies
- Liaise with hiring managers and provide professional HR service
- Maintain administrative duties in the recruitment process
Qualifications
- 12 years school education or equivalent and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Degree and 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing)
- Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioral competency framework
