Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Management Officer with at least 1 year of experience to support the daily operations and maintenance of facilities. The candidate will assist in ensuring the building, equipment, and services are operating efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs
- Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
- Assist in managing maintenance schedules and service records
- Respond to facility-related issues and tenant requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management or maintenance
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
