Job Description
BnBerry is a high-growth travel tech company. We're hiring a Sales Lead to drive global new customer acquisition and expansion into new services and product lines for BnBerry. You'll build and lead a high-performance sales operation.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale the global sales motion
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and automation
- Coach and manage SDRs and AEs
- Own pipeline health and forecasting
- Personally engage on key strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years managing SDRs and AEs
- Proven success building outbound sales engines
- Proven experience and strong network in hotel or hotel tech sales
- Expert-level understanding of automation, reporting, and funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset with mastery of HubSpot (or Salesforce)
- Fluent English
