Job Description

BnBerry is a high-growth travel tech company. We're hiring a Sales Lead to drive global new customer acquisition and expansion into new services and product lines for BnBerry. You'll build and lead a high-performance sales operation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale the global sales motion
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes and automation
  • Coach and manage SDRs and AEs
  • Own pipeline health and forecasting
  • Personally engage on key strategic opportunities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years managing SDRs and AEs
  • Proven success building outbound sales engines
  • Proven experience and strong network in hotel or hotel tech sales
  • Expert-level understanding of automation, reporting, and funnel optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with mastery of HubSpot (or Salesforce)
  • Fluent English
